Our Appointment Booking Policy

Appointments are REQUIRED for all shopping at The Dress Matters Couture.

A $30 booking fee is charged for all appointments. The booking fee will be applied toward your dress or accessory purchase. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Fees for any additional appointments will be applied toward your purchase, up to a maximum of $60.

A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. The $30 fee will not be refunded if you do not show for your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can reschedule online or by calling us. You will not be charged an additional fee, but please be aware you may only reschedule once.

If the date and time you want is not available, please call us at 484-328-8615. We may be able to accommodate you. Please do not bring more than 5 guests (in addition to the bride) to your appointment.

If you would like to bring more than 5 guests, please consider booking a Bridal Brunch, Ladies’ Night or Afternoon Tea appointment that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Please call us at 484-328-8615 to schedule, as they cannot be scheduled online. Alteration appointments must also be scheduled via phone.
